Bring a mat if you'd like, chairs provided for this FREE Event. Join Brandon Russ for a sound journey that will calm and inspire. As the creator of Mindfulness in the Classroom, he welcomes ALL ages and experience levels. We will be in the great hall at the library. Doors open at 10:30. All donations will be forwarded to the Friends of the Cohoes Library
