About the event

Join Medium Brandon Russ for a celebration of Nature on a Foliage Retreat to the Catskills in NY. This relaxing, yet energized connection with nature includes meals, transportation from Albany, excursions and experiences. We will be doing walking retreats and forest bathing. We will see the top of Hunter Mountain and the Katterskill waterfall. Easy to medium options for hiking (or strolling). Come enjoy the Autumnal change for yourself. Upclose and immersed!
